I have following Victron connection :
and I want implement a EV charger according this schematics :
Question is, what is benefit / disadvantage of the connection on the ACin / ACout of the Multiplus.
Second question is, which PV inverter to use. Is there any compatibility list ? I know, that Fronius is supported, but is there any other ?

Hi, I don't see a meter on AC IN, that's mandatory for automatic mode
AC PV wise you are not limited but you have the fronius and another the name escapes me that integrates with victron software wise, but you can have any other AC PV as long as you use an energy meter ET112 and similar with units that don’t integrate at base level with victron

Is better connect AC PV on the ACin or ACout of the Multiplus ?
Depends what you want to do with the solar ie surplus to charge the EV after the multi then Ac out is best other wise you would use some of the multis head room by pushing the solar through the AC In by the way that monitor will be fine. If you want PV in a grid down situation then AC out is where you want it, if you would rather export a a lot or all of your solar I would go AC in, instead of pushing it through the multi, the system is very versatile and you can do it as you see fit
My priority is EV and use as much as possible for my usage. Export isn't important.
So it looks like a ACout is the best place for it.
You can use it on both sides, it's the same. The advantage on ac in - you are not limited by the power of the inverters but if the grid fails, EVCS stops, and the opposite on ac out.
