Documentation for Dynamic ESS in step 2 referes to:
Configure Dynamic ESS SoC - The Minimum Dynamic ESS SOC
But does not specify "where" this config parameter is available. I don't see it within dynamic ess config (any step).
I don't see it in dynamic ESS setings in cerbo console.
Where can I find it?

A seperate minSOC for DESS doesn't exist any more. There is now only one single minSOC.

We are left only with "minimal SOC unless grid fails".
Hmm, that's sad,
as I see consumption forecast wrong, and schedule to sell most of stored energy from battery to grid in the evening ... which means I will need to buy it back over the night (at higher price).
Sounds great! But what if the desired minimum SOC cannot be achieved at the desired time through solar production alone? Will it then be charged from the grid to this minimum SOC? That could go wrong if expensive purchases have to be made.
It would be nice to be able to specify "reach a certain minimum SOC at a defined time, but only if there is enough solar power to reach this SOC".
