More details are needed about the system. I would wonder if it is not because the battery is marginal or too small.
How low is the SOC? Do you have bad cell imbalances? does this happen when there is no solar i.e. at night? Is it happening when a larger load switches on at the low SOC?
Why not start the generator automatically before the system gets to thevlow SOC?
Can you supplier or dealership not help? It looks like a complex system.
SOC was set low to 50% for auto gen start and gen stop at 99%. I cannot say about the individual cell behaviour because battery pack is compact. The system was installed three years ago for a banking hall so more daytime activities. Fault shutdown and self restart only occurs during auto gen switching. AC output Load is about 9,000 to 10,000 watts averagely. Three units of fronius 5kva, three units of multiplus 5kva, 40kw lithium battery freedom lite single pack. The fault started two weeks ago.
When the generator switches on there will be a power assist happening as the system synchronises so could still be a battery issue.
It may be worth updating the firmware and reprogramming the inverters and system components. In three years the error reporting among other things has improved.
