Just installed in camper with 30amp service. Have not configured the multiplus other than changing battery type to lithium. Plugged into shore power and the batteries need charging and I have the AC running the multiplus reboots. There is a log recorded in the grid NS protection log as undervoltage.
Is there a way to program the multiplus when in this condition to send most of the power to the AC instead of the charger?

The Multi will first honour the ac loads (your AC), then the charger will draw only the remaining ac input up to the limit you have set. If your ac demand exceeds the shore limit, the Multi will invert to pick up the difference. Note it cannot charge and invert at the same time.
Do you have a limit set? If not, you may need to have a look at doing that, also what you have set as 'undervoltage'.
You don't mention whether your Multi is standalone, or whether you have a more comprehensive system. How best to do it depends on what other Victron kit you might have.
Thanks for the reply. Checked this morning and it was set to 50a. Dropped it to 15 and problem solved. I need to find a manual for the software and so some reading
