Strange behaviour multiplus II 48/5000

When the multi is not charging the batteries and I use a 3000w high pressure cleaner everthing is working fine. When the sun is shining and the multiplus is loading my batteries and I try to use the
high pressure cleaner the fuse of this circle pops out. The high pressure cleaner is part of the critical loads.

I don't know the answer but have some thoughts.
I have a few questions:

  • What is the solar yield when this happens?
  • What is the battery consumption?
  • What is the grid load?
  • Is Power assist enabled?
  • Have you checked your earth and ensured you have no earth loops?

Solar yield is arround 3000-4000w

Batterie consumption max 500w

no grid load

power assit is enabled

installation was done by a prof. elec. so I assume that there are no loops
