low voltage error on Victron Inverter 12|500

I have connected Victron MPPT output to Victron Inverter. The output voltage 14.4V, but the inverter is having low voltage error. However, if I connect the battery with the inverter, the error goes with 13V.

Can you explain why this is happening?

What do you mean "However, if I connect the battery with the inverter, the error goes with 13V"?
The battery should always be connected to the inverter at all times. The MPPT cannot drive the inverter on its own.
