Smartshunt 500A Blowing Red Wire fuse on Vbatt+

Since installing the Smartshunt 500A on my 48v golf cart it worked for ten minutes, then blew fuse on Vbatt+ and blows each fuse I replace as soon as installed.

Your diagram shows a shorted out battery bank?

Please check you work.

I am sure your batteries are wired in series to create the 48 volts for the cart.

The Vbatt+ cable has to be connected to the positive of the battery bank, not midway of the battery bank.
