Can you connect to #1 via VictronConnect?
Did you try this for #2?:

CC#1 is not shown on the VictronConnect only CC#2,3&,4
Check the voltage at the battery and PV terminals of #1.
If the voltages are ok try a power cycle -> disconnect PV first -> disconnect battery -> wait a few minutes -> connect battery (the MPPT should turn on now) -> connect PV.
If #1 still won't turn on it seems to be defective and needs to be replaced -> contact your dealer.
Batt Voltage is 53.1 and the PV when not connected to MPPT is 167 V. When I turned on the DC Breaker of PV the voltage at the terminals of PV input in the MPPT is only 53.1 same as the Batt Voltage.
I already did that power cycle procedure. The MPPT's LED do not lit on and I can't detect it using Victron Connect.
The MPPTs might be defective. What could have caused this issue?
@Matthias Lange - DE
Sir now all charge controllers are not functioning.
What should we do?
CCGX is our current GX device. We would replace it with CERBOGX and detach the PV supply and battery connection cables to restart the charge controller? Please advise if this will resolve the issue.
Thank you
@harry-chavez
I notice a Tigo label in your pic. Are you running those on the panels?
The Tigo that we used is and RSD TS4-A-2F.
Should we remove the Tigo Units? Or should we try to remove the battery and PV Connection from the MPPT for it to restart?
Both, remove the Tigo and try to restart the MPPT.
But it is possible that the MPPTs are damaged because of the optimizer.
It is in the manual that you can't use optimizer.

Hi @harry-chavez
Re the Tigo's.. From the Bluesolar mppt manual..
Do not use solar panels with optimisers together with the solar charger.
Nearly all optimisers contain an MPPT or other tracking mechanisms and this interferes with the MPPT algorithm in the solar charger.
