Inputs Cerbo GX suddenly stopt working

Hello everybody,

A few weeks ago I’ve installer a Cerbo GX with some tempsensors and Tankmeters. This worked fine (data still visible in VRM) but today all of a sudden all inputs stopped working (not visible anymore under “devices”). Everything else works fine (ve.direct devices like a mppt and shunt are still visible and upload to VRM also works fine).

Seems like a hardware-failure on the input-side (I’ve tested all 4 tempinputs and all 4 tankinputs, none of them works).

Somebody here with the same issue?

What version of Venus OS was it running when it was working, and what is it running now?


Please go to "Settings" on you Venus device, then IO, then Analog and take a screenshot. If they are disabled, you might try enabling them again.

Same and latest version: 2.63. I've installed it a few weeks ago and did not change anything. The meters are enabled but no info since 2 days....

Not sure then, perhaps @Daniël Boekel (Victron Energy Staff) can advise?
