What about the remote port of your mppt?

Is the link in place?

Any remote charge enable devices hooked up to the remote port disconnected?

I’m not sure what this means... could you explain? The mppt is Bluetooth?

A small black 2-pin connector (on the underside of the MPPT case) with a jumper wire between the two pins.

You have 0V PV voltage. Check the polarity of the PV wiring.

To clarify- the charge controller has power, but is not charging at all, not even getting to bulk state. It appears there’s no input from panels at all.

Your Mppt can be powered by the batteries... no input needed from solar....to display mppt data....

Matthias is correct,, pv array is open circuit (disconnected) from mppt.

Your solar panels are not connected correctly (a loose connection somewhere or reverse polarity).
You have to check this.
