Multiplus 12/1600/70 Remote on/off/charger only

Hello all,

Another question regarding the 12/1600/70 Multiplus,

On the spec sheet it stays its Remote on/off options are only "on/Off' with the charger only option missing,

The physical switch on the unit still has all 3,

However i want to use a Victron Digital Multi Control 200/200A with this unit via the VE.BUS Port, and just wondering does that mean the "charger only" option on the DMC will not work at all,? or is the option only not available if you use the physical remote contacts on the unit?

Hi @Gregory Cavanagh

you are correct, on/off is only available with a regular switch connected to the 'remote on/off terminal'


with a DMC you can select on/off/charge only and set the input current limit.
