The above scenario occurs when there is a mains failure at council level. When we simulate a mains failure with the breaker, then it does not happen.

Hi Wehrner
ESS can use different sources for the battery voltage measurement. The CCGX menu Settings -> System Setup -> Battery Monitor shows the possible options.
E.g. on my system I have the following:
It is possible that a different "source" may give a more accurate battery voltage, and therefore not cause the Low-Battery Voltage alarm and shutdown.
Thanks for the assistance. Have changed it from automatic to VE Bus on Quattro will see..
That won't help, the battery or battery connection is somehow failing. Please check that, and please read my other answer.
it seems your battery disconnects for some reason, what type / size of batteries do you have installed, and what firmware is the battery on?
Hi Daniel, it is a 13.8 kWh BYD battery. Have checked all connections once more. Load does not go over 4 kW between all phases some times less than 1 kW and still get the error
When we run the system not in ESS then the problem is solved. Only logical conclusion is that ESS for some reason change the battery voltage value to 41V for 30 seconds.. Running out of options and need urgent help. Have the same issue at 2x other sites with other battery configurations. Only common element between the 3x installations is ESS mode... please help
You have 3x 15 kVA Quattro's on one 13,8 kWh battery?
Please read the manual on this:
