High voltage alarm keeps going off

My high voltage alarm keeps going off on my BMV 700. What should the upper limit be? mine's set to 14.5v and how do I know the BlueSolar MPPT 100/50 (12/24V-50A) is working correctly?

One would have to know what the mppt has been programmed for, and the battery type/temp compensation as been applied.
