I have a customer who wishes to connect three Phoenix 24/1600 systems in parallel, but I cannot locate the correct ribbon cable in the ordering system.
The current model Phoenix 24/1600 only requires a normal RJ45 UTP networking cable, and is sold as ASS030064950 (and others depending on length). It replaced the ribbon cable, but they are not backwards compatible.
The Phoenix Smart 24/1600 does not support 3 phase and parallel.

I believe this is the manual for your model, and specifies the special ribbon cable. This part is no longer stocked and was not replaced, I will make an enquiry to see if there are any still available outside of the normal ordering system. Please also ask through your distributor and sales manage, and let me know if you manage to find one first.
That is the manual indeed. I will check with my sales manager. There is one or two floating in the US, so I will explore further.
