Neutral-ground bonding relay on an Autotransformer

Recently I bought an Autotransformer to convert a 240vAc to 120/240VAc(split phase). This Autotransformer contains a relay to control the Ground on the neutral.

Someone know how this relay works? Needs a signal to activate?

I have this question, as well. I have a non-Victron inverter supplying 240 non-split phase to the AT. There is polarity indicated on the relay input (+ & -), so it appears to take more than a jumper. What input is required to close the circuit between output Neutral & Ground?

I tested applying 24vdc and it works. If you look the big relay label inside the AT, you will find the voltage info need it.
