As per title, many questions have the "green" accepted answer mark in the main screen, but they have no real accepted answer?

It's a known issue, also the dark mode is gone.
Guy Stewart: "The site was crashing every few minutes, and the way the dark mode was implemented was with some CSS hack in the header.Taking it (and a lot of the other UI customisations out) reduces the page load so that the site would stay up."
