EV Charging Station screen scrumbled

From time to time my screen goes like this. It looks like resolution is lowered or it only draws.

After reboot it goes to normal again.

My question is: Is it a hardware or software problem?

Can you try adding a ferrite core around the communication cable between the screen and EVCS PCB? It might be a spike causing this. If you have a GV device, usually we are adding extra ones in the box.
