What logs or what can be checked why the charging station is 'waiting for sun' while batteries are fully charged and sun is sufficient?
Charger is on AC out and not limited by any setting. Sometimes the automatic feature works but today for example it was just sitting on waiting for sun, not waiting to start or other state.
EDIT: We know sun is sufficient because going on manual it could charge above 6A no problem only from sun.
can you share a video of the main webpage of the evcs while this is happening?

I am not at the customers location. They are in Sibiu. Have only VRM access. If necessary I can get him to leave a remote screen session open.
I need to connect when that behavior is visible, so just write me the portal ID of the system when I can do this (preferably by email, so I can immediately see it )
That's just how it is. Everyone that doesn't send power back to the grid has this problem. If you search the forum for "Waiting for sun" you will see. It's because the people responsible for the EVCS software doesn't understand how solar works. They don't know that when the batteries are full, the system stops charging the batteries. So if you have the EVCS set to Auto, and you plug in your car after the batteries have charged to 100%. Then the EVCS thinks there aren't any solar available, and it will just sit there at "Waiting for sun". So what you have to do to get Auto working, is to drain down the batteries. Either by setting the EVCS to Manual for a few minutes, and then quickly switch over to Auto. Or use any other consumers to drain down the batteries. Hopefully they will understand this soon, so they will finally fix this bug.
Do you have a system like that to have a look?
Because the one above was an easy fix, the IP address of the GX was not correctly defined on the EVCS side, now it's working as it should.
There is a battery managed algorithm for almost 1 year already, since releasing fw1.28, so the part with "everyone.." is completely wrong. Maybe everyone that didn't update the firmware?
Turned out to be communication error between Cerbo and EVCS. For those unaware since last update there is a way now to take remote console of charging station from Device List. Thanks Lucian Popescu for showing me this!
