Multiplus-II 12/3000/120-32 looks dead.

Device is no longer visible in the Cerbo GX.

Cerbo GX: Firmware: v3.41; v3.40 in backup

Multiplus: Firmware 552; Product ID: 2605; VE.Bus connection; Single unit; VRM instance: 276

The last connection was 27/07/2024 at 17:53:46

The dc-power supply works: 13.3 Volts measured. AC power supply also works: 227V measured. Everything measured at the connection points of the Multi.

The VE. Bus connection disconnected from the BMS.

Via MK3 interface on VE. Bus checked if a connection was possible. Didn't seem to connect. Not on DC and not on AC power.

Reset tried but no response.

Visually, there is nothing to see about the device.

@Willem

If you have done all the basic testing, and you still have a dead unit (all internal connections /assembly checked) then you can return for a warranty repair. Or just a repair maybe it depends on what is dead there.

Well with help of a Victron servicecenter problem solved. The bridge on the connector for swichtching on and of on a distance has a loose contact.

So thanks for your help.

My MP II looked dead 5 days ago. It turned out to be the off/on/charge switch. I toggled it twice and the MP sprang back into life.
