Random 3x Multi Plus II 30 sec restart

Hi, My three phase system + cerbogx + Shunt + Daly BMS started to restart in last 6 months. Maybe 30 occurences. System shuts down and reinitializes after 30 sec. Battery random, but not flat 30-99%. BMS driving only LIfepo batteries, no direct shutdown or charge control. Looking for a way how to find a reason, why the devices goes to reboot. There is no info available in GX, not home assistant over modbus. I am not sure what log files on cerbo should have relevant info. Thanks

thanks for the ideas ... i updated it to current SW versions while I was in the mood. So faulty contact was probably the cause. It randomly lost contact switching the inverters off in combination with normally closed AUX2. Cheers

30 second intervals are the default restart interval after overloads, relay test failures etc.

It will attempt this 3 times before stopping.

Your GX/VRM should log the cause under notifications/alarms, or even the VEBUS status widget.

Today the reset was at 2:20 (the one that has awaken me), so I would expect it is shown on this graph. It came off 4 times this night. Can I find the reason, that if went off? In my setup I have set up an emergency button to disable inverters. Do you think it might work the same way - like if the contact would be loose. But if I press that one, the system shuts off but an alarm is correctly shown in events.

this tells me, that the relay input shut it down, right?

Open the alarms and warnings vebus widget, see what it reports.

I can see your system is switching to invert, so possibly grid rejection or failure, and it goes off soon after.

Most common reason for this is either an overload, or, the surge on the battery at changeover is knocking the BMS over which will affect stability.

Not an easy one to diagnose via the internet.

nothing in alarms .... the loads are supposed to be low overnight.

ok, i will try to pinpoint it later today. The battery is DIY, but monitoring shows no unusual stuff . BMS is standalone,it is just configured to limit possible margin states. The true values comes from the shunt. But you can see there was no spikes by that time. I have put Home Assistant and switches on an UPS to get the data during shutdown. Maybe the disable feedin signal has something to it. I have a dedicated wiring telling the inverters to cut of the grid if the distributor chooses to (HRN-34 relay, controlling phase and voltages and flipping relay if not ok) . Maybe it is something to check. I can see from the previous images, that the relay changed state.. I use these two assistants below:

So after some fiddling with the emergency switch i have been able to shut down the inverters. So I changed the closed/open on AUX2 behavior, from NC to NO. I will leave it for few days, if it holds ...
