MultiPlus II and Pylontech Battery ESS max output with phase compensation

Dear Community,


i am using MultiPlus II with Pylontech Battery and SmartSolar managed by VenusGX.

ESS is configured with phase compensation and everythin is working perfectly. But the maximum compensation is much lower than i expected (See picture). In maximum the batty is used with approx 17 Amp. I thought the maximum would be around 25 Amp. Any idea why it is not going above 18Amp?

Hi

How many Pylon tech battery modules do you have?

As they is minimum modules required for each system type be it single phase or 3 phase etc.

Hi i have 1 Pylontech Battery. I know minimum 2 is recommendet. I have a 1 pahse system.

Hi

Have you setup the VE configure software settings for the lithium battery correctly?

As there is standard setting for charge current as well.

As per Victrons recommend settings? and Pylon tech?
