my EVCS screen shows not the expected infos and touch does not work. Via VRM and browser ( local IP ) all is fine.
Whats wrong with my EVCS?

Same problem for two of our customers. Eager to test the new firmware. @Lucian Popescu (Victron Energy Staff) is there any fixes related to this type of issues in the manifest or are we just hoping it will?

V4.4 is visible on the screen. What is the issue ?

same problem for me too.
The wallbox is mounted on the south side in the courtyard and gets sun all day.
This leads to exactly this effect. After mounting a sun sail, the problem arises
at outside temperatures above 30 degrees. As soon as it cools down in the evening
After reboot, everything works fine again.
I am of the opinion that this should not happen with a device that is intended for outdoor use.
I ask for advice....
Thanks to @Lucian Popescu (Victron Energy Staff) and Victron staff we sorted this issue for our customers. Lucian has sent us a new display driver which resolved the issue. Speak to him if you face screen tearing or freeze issues. Firmware update will not help here it is a hardware issue.
