Is the SmartShunt Bluetooth interface Public Domain?

I want to interface to my Smartshunt to a custom bluetooth hardware device (made by me, for me only). Is the Victron bluetooth interface protocol documented and available for me to access in detail? thanks

You can use victron connect and get the advertising protocol and use that to make a connection.

AFAIK not.


But if you use your own hardware, why not connecting to the VE.Direct port and use the VE.Direct protocol?
