IP65 Charger 24v/13A firmware (3.25) update stuck at 93%

Hi,

My charger always asks for updating the firmware.

I tried multiple times, android phone, iphone, android tablet, ipad - nothing works, all of them get stuck at 93%.


I exported the log from the latest trial on the ipad but no idea where to upload here.

Hi, sorry to come back on this, but is there any way in which I can use the charger until I get a solution to the firmware problem?

Will the charger not charge at all, if connected to battery?

I suspect your charger is stuck in update mode and the state and mode LEDs are flashing alternately. In update mode the charger does have output voltage and will deliver minimal current. However, it is not recommended to charge your battery in this state.


Unfortunately, the service report you provided does not contain a log of the failed update. Could you perhaps try another update and once it fails, don't quit VictronConnect but create a service report and post it here again. Did you also try another device than your iPad to update the charger?

I don't know why I didn't get a notification about your reply, but I missed it until I manually checked here.

Anyway, the answer is yes, I tried 4 devices, no joy.

I will try another update and re-post the report.
