"Temperature Alarm" Quattro 48/10000

New equipment installed 2 x Quattro 48/10000

Firmware updated to V510

When the installation starts, the Master with around 2000W of load, the Temperature led start and turns off.

After a few moments, the inverter restarts normally.


Any suggestions to try to solve this problem?

have you tried one unit at a time.

I presume you have set them up in parallel so try them one at a time and see if the same issue occurs but only in one unit.

The system is in pararel. We tested each unit individually and only one is giving the temperature error.

If you are comfortable, open it and check that all the connectors are fully seated. If there is nothing obviously loose or it does not solve the issue. ....Return it for an RMA.

I already do this and check all the connectors.


I will do a RMA to this equipment!
