Victron inverter multiplus/quatro volatge range

Hello community,

I have a problem with available voltage range of 12V multiplus and Quattro. It is written in datasheet that minimum voltage is 9,5V and maximum is 17V but I am able to set 10,2 - 15V only. Don’t ask me for the reason - we use victron system for battery testing in our company.


Maybe there is an unofficial victron multiplus/quatro power driver or assistant which is able this range ? Or to unlock some let’s say expert mode to allow this non standard but still datasheet config?

in ve.config app is impossible to make it for me now.

The stated range is the min and max that is allowed for that voltage ie 12 or 24 or 48 before the system will shutdown

12 24 48 are nominal voltages. If you can see in datasheet for 12V is voltage min 9,5V and max 17V. But I am able to configure 10,2V and 15V , why ? I promise to my customer datasheet values :(
