IP122 charger voltage not correct for my Lithuim-ion batteries

I just purchased an IP122 single outlet charger to charge my 100 ah Lithium-ion batteries. My batteries want to be charged at 14.4 volts. The Lithium-ion profile for the charger is set for 14.2 volts. On the app when I go to settings when in Lithium mode the charging voltage is dimmed out and you cannot change the voltage from 14.2 to 14.4. Did I missing something in the settings?

Go into advanced settings,and create your own battery profile
