EVCS FW verison 1.27 is available as of 09-11-23. It might fix your issues.
@Lucian Popescu (Victron Energy Staff) I have a quesition / suggesition that you might be able to forward: I'm missing some kind of newsletter / subscription on the proffesional website in order to be informed eg. about FW updates etc. This thread IMHO shows that this might be helpful. Could you consider this in the future?

Other issue.... Still blocked on this step..... network is working fine, tried on 4G network, idem, trying again after restart Cerbo GX , same screen.

Try downloading the fw from Victron Professional and upload it directly locally using the webpage of the device

Case resolved . I had to put the right time zone in settings >> General .....
