1) Only if your Solarpanel temperature goes not under -30C.

2) The BlueSolar MPPT 100/20 support only 330W in a 12V System. If it is ok for you to loose 70W, then yes, it will work. otherwise the BlueSolar MPPT 100/30 is more suitable, exspecially if it is winter and you get full sunshine because the panels can deliver more then the rated output.

Also interested in this - will to much panel output break the MPPT or will MPPT just limit the power but otherwise work normally?

Is there some upper limit for over power? Is for example 2000W for MPPT 150/70 still safe? I'm thinking it for outside summer season when yield is quite low here.

As suggested above, use Victron's calculator. But as long as you don't exceed the Isc rating of the MPPT and the input voltage rating at your lowest temperature, it will work.

So MPPT will not limit the power but break when over power by over voltage.

With two 200W panels in seriesvand a 24V system, you need at a Voc of 80V at least -40°C to kill tje MPPT with an Overvoltage.

A 200Wp module has probably an Impp of around 6,5A and will not kill the MPPT

The MPPT 100/20 has an output of 560W @24V and is perfect suitable.

You can have even 2 Strings in parallel with 800W, but the MPPT output will be limited to 560W.
