Mppt 100/30 don’t show up in Bluetooth options. S/n HQ2317J3FA7

When I try to find the controller in the app it does not show up as an option. S/N HQ2317J3FA7

A little bit more information would be helpful, like the type of phone, the OS version? Have you also checked everything listed when you press "Don't see the product you were looking for?" text?

There are two MPPT 100/30 charge controllers, one with BT (SmartSolar) the other without (BlueSolar). Which one do you have?
