Pylontech US5000 low voltage

Hello,

please can somebody help me how to solve problem with low voltage on one battery? I installed brand new pylontech US5000 with MPII as ESS, bud one of the batteries (n.2) is not working because of 2.33V on one of the cells.

Battery n.2 is few seconds online and then few seconds offline.

(Linkport connection is correct - I tried change master battery)

@PeterKulisek

Not very much you can do. This is a warranty case.

Return to supplier.

Looks like a HW issue.
You should contact the seller from whom you bought the batteries.

I also was thinking along the same lines?
@PeterKulisek what happens if you Only use the suspect new battery with the "Keep Battery Charged mode"? Or, if you are not happy with this suggestion. Turn the batteries OFF. Disconnect the batteries from the ESS system, remove the CAN bus connection to the GX so that the batteries are just connected to each other via the respective ports. Then turn on the batteries and press the red SW of the battery you want to be master? Do they begin to balance?

If I understand it correctly than both batteries are new, not just one.
