Is there a way to test the allow-to-charge (ATC) and allow-to-discharge (ATD) manually?

I'd like to be able to trigger the ATC\ATD on\off signally to test my installation? Is there a way to do this?

@Patrick Sure, you can disconnect 1 of the BTV cables from the BMS to simulate a problem with the batteries balance, temperature or voltage.

What do you mean by BTV?

I bet you mean BMS Comm cables. That's a good idea!
