EV charger disconnected in VRM

Hi

I have a victron system consisting of three multiplus and a couple of Pylontech batteries. This works flawlessly.

I have recently added an EV charger to the system.

The charger works fine in all modes and everything looks correct on the charger portal

My problem is that it doesn't show up correctly on the VRM portal. It says it is disconnected and the charger consumption is shown as part of the AC load1687206481659.png

During the setup process I accidently removed all disconnected devices from the remote console and now I can't seem to connect again.

Can anybody help with this?

Thanks in advance.

Hi, do you see the charging station in remote console?

EVCS and GX should be in the same network. Looking at the IP addresses, it seems it's not like that (one is 192.168.1.31 and the other one 192.168.87.174). Can you take a look please?

Hi Lucian. I did during the initial installation processer but it also said "disconnected". Accidentally I pressed the " remove all disconnected devices" oprion in the remote console that was available at that time. Now both this option and the charger has disappeared from the console

Can you share a picture from the settings/general webpage from the EVCS ?

Hi everyone,

ich have a color gx, multiplus and pylontech batteries and mppt450/200 All works fine.

Now i installed the EV and i still have 2 problems.

First i can not bring the EV into the vrm or even to the GX device. But the EV is somehow connected as i can see on the EV how full is the pylontech and how much pv power is currently producing.

Booth are in the same network and if i click "discover" on EV it will find all the data"s like vrm and ip of the gx.

Second problem is that on the EV there is the wrong time and date. I choose the wright time zone but i can not change the time Or date.

Could someone give me any advice?

Cheers

Felix
