Earth Loop Impedance for Multiplus 48/10000

Off grid set up with multiplus 2 48/10000 connected to consumer unit that go to ring main sockets. When testing for earth loop impedance with a simple socket tester, it says the impedance is too high. No value just an LED. What should the earth loop impedance be for an inverter? Clearly its not the same as the low impedance offered by the grid. Is this a normal situation for off grid?

How have you wired up for your offgrid setup?

Earth neutral bonded in the consumer unit?

How is the inverter hooked up to the earth?

Earth and neutral bonded just before the consumer unit the same as grid supply would have been. Earth rod connected. Earth to multiplus taken at consumer unit. My question is can an inverter ever be as low impedance as the grid?
