3 Phase Victron feeding back to grid

Hi there please assist.

I have a 3 x 3kVa Multiplus 2 inverters connected in 3 phase configuration, with 2 MPPTs and a Colour Control GX The limiting is being done by a Carlo Gavazzi EM24 meter, and it's connected properly, as per manual All equipment is on its latest firmware.

The system exports a significant amount of energy , average of 4 to 5 kilowatt hours per day.

On ESS setting on remote console, I have tried to change the Multiphase regulation between INDIVIDUAL PHASE and TOTAL OF ALL PHASES, but it's not making any difference

What could the problem be? and how can I solve it? Thank you

And you dont have feedback from DC switched on? No other PV like an Ac pv inverter?

No, DC Feed in is switched off, and there are no other PV inverters connected

Have you loaded and configured the ESS assistant in VE Configure for the Multis?

Yes, ESS is configured on the Multis and on remote console

Did you read the amount of kwh exported from your victron system or from your utility meter? Can be useful to compare these two.
