Current mismatch

Victron multiplus 48/10000. DVCC off. Batteries request right now 51,8A. VE.BUS DC current only 13.4A. Does the inverter have any Settings that limit the current? There is also a case, in the low temperature environment (-15℃), the inverter after starting to provide the current needs a period of time to become large, this is normal?

DC current here is DC loads on the system. Not current to charge batteries

Please explain what you mean by battery request.

Charge current limit (CCL): the maximum charge current requested by the battery.
