Low and high limit (hysteresis) alarm

Hi there!

I have 48V system.

I am trying to understand why I am getting Low and High limit (hysteresis) alarm at 11:40am when the battery voltage is 51,94V? Is it normal or abnormal?

I am looking forward to a bit of advice, should I change system parameters or alarm rules or anything?

Here is the alarm message received yesterday 21st February 2023 11:40am:

Guessing that some time around 08:00 the voltage dropped too low, triggering the alarm. If you generate a graph covering less time, say from 07:00 to 09:00, you will get more information. With longer time periods on graphs, min max values tend to be averaged out.

Yes, I am aware it was below 48V for some short duration but did not drop below 46V. Therefore I was wondering why the alarm is triggered when the lower limit 46V was not reached.

may be a short dip, within the set interval update period of your system to VRM
