That isn’t on the supported battery list, sorry to say you need to go back to the battery supplier, or whoever told you it would work, to help you.
You can read through the setup guides for supported batteries, they have some generic tips about cable types, termination and baud rates which may also help.
Just because a battery has a CAN port, doesn’t mean it will work.
Ok, so try follow the victron- pylontech guide in the battery compatibility list (just google it), if that doesn’t help, whoever sold it to you must help you. Spoofing pylontech isn’t a new concept but results may vary and you won’t get any support from Victron.
Please share documentation for the battery or BMS that you used to make sure the CANbus communication and cable was correct?

Please find above is the battery user manual. I have used pin 7&8 for CAN Bus with the common ground to connect the battery to Cerbo GX. (CAN H to CAN H and CAN L to CAN L with common ground)
Cable is tested and works well.
You'll see in there that specific cables are needed and thus may be needed for your batteries. But you're going to have to find out from the battery supplier which is needed.
