How to operate the MultiPlus-II switch with Node-Red ?

The ESS Control node only provides "Disable Charge"

The "Multi Control" node cannot be configured, it just displays: There are no multi services available. Please check that a multi is connected or try a different node.

With the Remote Console the Victron Multiplus II switch can be operated and put in one of four states on/charger only/inverter only/off.

When SoC and PV power are low the Multiplus II is just consuming power without doing anything usefull. Therefore I would like to create a Node-RED flow that turns the MultiPlus II on or off depending on SoC an PV power.

The "VE. System Control Bus" node provides access to the Victron Multiplus II switch states ( on/charger only/inverter only/off). Found it by browsing the node-red code ( /usr/lib/node_modules/@victronenergy/node-red-contrib-victron/src/services/services.json) on the CerboGX.

https://github.com/victronenergy/node-red-contrib-victron/wiki/Available-nodes is a lot easier to search through (and generated from the services.json file)
