low battery flashes red on multiplus but battery voltage is 53v

low battery flashes red on multiplus but battery voltage is 53v

I started changing my multiplus from off grid situation to on-grid. I configured the country code and added the ess assistant including pv on ac out.

The ac in is not connected yet.

After uploading the settings the low battery flashes red even that the battery voltage is 53v.

The multiplus also doesn't start charging with the power of the PV on ac out 1 (clould be the power production is too low at this point : 40w but no loads so was expecting some minimum charging)

Your problem is this:

That is why you get the alarm message (52V + 1,2V = 53,2V, when lower then alarm).
Set all(!) values to i.e.49V ...

The make and model of the battery will define what values need to go in there. Pylontech has all set to 46V for example. Other brands have different values

I don't understand this. My voltage is at this moment 53.1V and my discharge current is 0.3a.The highest voltage on this setting is 52V but my battery doesn't dip that low even with higher loads.

Today the blinking low voltage dissapeared when the inverter was charging the battery with the power of the pv inverters on ac1 out. Now that the charging stopped the blinking started again.

The battery voltage never dropped below 52.8v

Ok got it, thanks a lot.

If it is indeed a cutoff voltage I would expect the inverter to stop inverting. Since it has no ac in it should just fall out but it keeps working.
