Pylontech Batterieschrank

Hallo

Die Pylontech US3000c usw. passen die nicht in einen normal 19 Zoll Schrank rein??

Doch, passen sie, warum auch nicht? Das sind genormte Maße. Man sollte nur schauen, das man hinten etwas hat um das Gewicht noch mal abzufangen.

Die Tiefe würde wohl etwas knapp werden.

Außerdem wiegt eine 3000C etwa 32kg. Das Rack trägt aber nur 60kg.

Sowohl die US2/3000C haben Standardmaße für 19" Rack Schränke.
Nur Schränke die 300kg+ tragen und auch seitlich gut belüftet sind gibt es nicht zu viele und sind auch nicht zu billig. Hab meinen als Bausatz bekommen für ca. 170 Euro.

Ja ich würde den Schrank unterhalb noch verstärken mit Stielauslegern damit er 2x US3000c auch tragen kann.

Hättest vielleicht einen Link zu deinem Baussatz bitteschön?

Meiner soll aufjedenfall an die Wand...

Hier ist der Preis habe fast 350 Euro (und nicht ca. 170 Euro) ...

Hallo, nettes Setup. Ich plane derzeit etwas sehr ähnliches, 3x Multiplus 2 48V / 3500 (3 phasig) und 4x Pylontech US2000. Jetzt meine Frage: im Bild ist zu sehen, dass die kompletten 8 Pylontechs parallel angeschlossen über ein Batteriekabel gehen. Ist das bei Dir ausreichend, die Gesamtleistung der 3 Multiplus bei ca. 9kVA liegt, was einem Strom von knapp 200A bei 48V entspricht. Das über die 25mm2 Kabel bedeutet bei 2m eine Verlustleistung ca. 200W (Spannungsabfall 0,6V) übers Kabel - ist das nicht zuviel ?

Auf dem Bild sind 2 Anschluss-Sets dran, ist meiner Meinung nach aber auch etwas knapp.

Ich würde bei 8 Modulen je 4 zusammen und mit je 2 Anschluss-Sets anschließen.

@Matthias Lange - DE - wie wäre denn Deine Empfehlung bei 6 x US2000C?

Aktuell plane ich je 3 über je 1 Anschluss-Set anzuschliessen (oben Plus / unten Minus). Ausreichend?

Wie zu sehen habe ich zwei Kabelsätze verwendet.

Laut Pylontech ist das so okay. Die Kabel (versilbert und spezial-isoliert) können das ab. Sind Original Kabel. Da würde ich schon erwarten das alles "in-spec" ist.

werden beide seperat abgesichert oder werden die pole vorher zusammen geführt?

bzw. einen 4pol. ?

Läuft über zwei 125A Sicherugen je Seite (+/-) dann auf zwei 1000A Busbars.
