need help: Multiplus 12/3000 120/16 230v does not turn on

I have a problem installing the multiplus, the whole unit does not turn on.

AC230V IN is connected the right order ground/line/neutral. When I turn the main switch to on, nothing happened. No LED goes on. I have measured the Voltage at the input terminal, it is 230V and line is connected to line and neutral is connected to neutral.

There is no battery connected.

I have double checked this....now I do not have any more idea what to do.

Any suggestions?

What position is the MultiPlus switch set to?

I tried both: "on" and "charger only"

Do you have the unit connected to a Cerbo GX? I believe the default in the case is that it is controlled by the Cerbo so you will need to turn it on there (in the menu).

No Cerbo CX ist connected. Only AC input, nothing else.
