Ah, I found the answer. if I don't use the Load terminals the jumper can be removed.
With lithium it's very important not to discharge too far. Usually the BMS will prevent excessive discharge.
Leaving the jumper off is for lead acid.
You haven't given us the battery specifications, but jumper between 1 and 2 gives a cut off voltage of 11.1V, while bridging 2 and 3 gives a cut off of 11.8V. Check the battery specs, if in doubt bridge 2 and 3.
I take it you're able to use Victron connect to configure for LiFePo4 batteries.
