Can I use my Cerbo GX and Touch 50 to Change my MultiPlus II Settings?

. . . OR do I have to use a MK3-USB interface and a computer?

You can change settings using remote VE.Configure through VRM.

Not programming directly on the cerbo using the touch screen, however you will have some control there.

Through the vrm using the cerbo connection you can program battery profiles and other things. You will also need a program called ve config.
