Running Orion dcdc and Mppt together?

Hi all, I have a DCDC Orion 12/12/30 and a 75/15 MPPT charging a lifepro 100ah running together using the same parameters for both. When driving .... the app for the Orion says charger is "off" but the green light on the unit is flashing indicating that it is charging. If I go into settings and disable engine shutdown and then reinstate it works fine and it shows Bulk on the app screen until I turn the engine off. Both units are connected separately to the battery with individual fuses. My questions are.

-What would be causing this?

- Do I need to change the settings?

- Can they both run at the same time ?

Sorry, need more info. Probably settings. Please post screen shots of the settings/battery settings of both units and the engine detect settings on the Orion. Do you have a smart alternator?

But the units do work properly together. I've a similar setup working perfectly with engine detect.

I think your engine shutdown voltage is too high.

Try lowering it to, say, 12.8

Also check the ground/earth connection(s) on the Orion.

There's also a downloadable PDF Engine on detection setup Orion-TR Smart DC:DC charger which may help if you haven't found it already
