No leds on the Multiplus II 3000, everything else functionnal

Surprising bug when unboxing programming then plugging a MultiplusII : it works but without leds which is annoying.

Any idea ? Firmware (I updated) or back to seller ?

Take cover off and check ribbon cable to front panel can unplug it self not that secure.
