Victron 75/15 Smart Solar PUK Code Failure!

Hi there,

I am trying to reset the PIN code for my Bluetooth MPPT charger, but it continues to tell me "Wrong PUK Code". I am 100% certain that I am entering the correct PUK from the back of the device.


Multiple power cycles and other tricks do not work. Otherwise, the device functions OK.

please send a picture of the lable and type in the reply the puk code number you are using. as well

The last letter is an 8 , not a B .

I'm having the same issue with a BMV-712, I'm entering SHU500050100, can you guess why I'm wrong? Thanks

Have a look at the back of the display unit.
