Easysolar-II GX wifi and bluetooth

Hi, our easysolar-II GX stopped connecting to bluetooth and wifi. It used to work just fine. But after few months away from the cottage the Victron connect app wont find our system via bluetooth. I have tried With several different phones. Also the system wont connect to the wifi eventough i have tried it via remote lan. It founds the network but always errors.


so at the moment I dont have access to VRM or local bluetooth


what should i do?

Did you try to restart the GX device?

Switching the EasySolar off and on or by pressing the reset button.

If you mean the switch at the bottom of the device, Yes, that I have tried. Did not help

Any ideas what to do? The situation is really frustrating.

Does This delete important settings?

It toggles the Bluetooth/Wifi on and resets the network settings.

Now I managed to contact with wifi, but still no visible device by bluetooth @ VictronConnect mobile app. Any ideas?

Try searching the forum for questions on the same topic. There are many possibilities e.g. platform, is location on if using Android, are you running the latest firmware etc.
