Victron Multiplus 2 random Reboot

I have a Victron 48v 5Kva MultiPlus 2 connected in a Grid-tie configuration.

Connection is,

Grid --> Victron Grid Meter --> Victron MultiPlus 2 --> Home load <--- Fronius 5Kw solar. I also have Cerbo GX.

Running ESS configuration with Optimized (with BatteryLife) Mode

I use a 48V Lithium battery, which is connected to Victron Inverter through Lynx Shunt. No CAN bus connectivity between the battery and Victron system. Battery tested and haven't found any issues with BMS or power from the battery.

My issue is Victron MultiPlus 2 randomly reboots making a power outage (15~ 30 sec). I tested it without grid power and solar power connected and still Victron MultiPlus 2 reboots at random times.

Victron inverter on the latest firmware version and I don't see any error messages on VRM portal to Cerbo GX.

Is there any assistance you can provide on my issue?

I observed the same bahviour, but also have not found a solution..

Have you tried the multi without the Cerbo connected?, Also, try monitoring the dc voltage from the battery to check that isn't doing anything unexpected. Yuo ought to get the Battery BMS data connected to the Cerbo somehow.
