VRM App Login “Stay signed-in” doesn’t work anymore with app on IOS

VRM portal ask everytime for email ansd password even if the box “Stay signed-in“ is checked With App on iPhone and iPad

Second complaint I have seen. There have been some updates to the VRM recently. Is this the app or a browser and what platform are you on?

I am on android 9 with victron connect and vrm app. And firefox on windows 10 is fine.

Did you tick the 'Stay signed in' box?
This was not necessary in older VC version, but something must have been changed a few days ago.
I had the same issue, but ticking the box cured it for me.

IOS VRM App, box ticked and every time I open the app I have to log in. Also some issues via Safari to VRM.

Hi all, an update: it was an issue on iOS only, we fixed it, and the new version is now under review by Apple.

Should be in the App store within approx a day. Can take an hour, or a few days by exception./

Todays app update appears to have fixed it

VRM on Android has been doing this for some time.

I find that sometimes if you wait a few seconds it will enter automatically, sometimes not.

Haven't had the issue yet on PC web browser using Chrome

Works fine on Android 10 for me. Also under Windows and Victron connect. Which android are you on?

Issue remains for me. iPhone 14ProMax iOS 16.1.1, Victron Connect version 5.77. Browser SAFARI. Requires re-login every instance despite checking "Stay signed-in" box.
